1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the unobet platform — whether through the website at unobet.vu or the unobet Android app — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and unobet. They apply to all features of the platform including sports betting, live casino, eBingo, slots, account management, and promotions. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

unobet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one unobet account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. unobet uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect your account, but you must not share your password with anyone or allow another person to access your account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and may be asked to provide additional documents for verification purposes. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on unobet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine local bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. For withdrawals, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel used for your deposit where possible.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may take 1–5 business days to process depending on the channel and verification status.
• unobet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal conditions tied to that bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on unobet are final once confirmed. The bet slip shows your selected odds and potential return before you confirm — review this carefully before submitting. unobet is not responsible for bets placed in error.

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment you confirm your bet. The odds locked in at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds update continuously during live events.

• If an event is postponed or cancelled before it starts, affected bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• If a match is abandoned after it begins, settlement rules depend on the sport and how much of the event was completed — refer to sport-specific rules visible in the betting section.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — such as a misprint resulting in prices clearly out of line with the market — unobet reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Accumulators require all legs to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

unobet monitors betting patterns for signs of fraud, match-fixing, or abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be suspended and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

unobet periodically offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of your account. These terms define eligibility, wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible bet types, and minimum odds where applicable.

General bonus conditions that apply across all unobet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Age and identity verification must be complete.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, household, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

unobet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to platform integrity. In the event of suspension, unobet will aim to notify the account holder and outline the reason where it is permissible to do so.

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard processing timelines, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

unobet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

unobet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: service interruptions, delays in bet settlement, errors in odds that are subsequently corrected, or actions taken as a result of account suspension where terms have been breached.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, unobet's total liability to any player arising from the use of the platform is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time of the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

unobet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account.

Continued use of the unobet platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account and cease using the platform.
